My streak reset and I did not have a setback
Your streak counts from the start date on your account, not from how often you open the app. Missing a day does not reset it.
If it reset without you logging a setback, it is usually because a setback was logged by accident — the button is on the Home screen and it is easy to catch.
Write to us with roughly when it happened and we can look at it.
Worth knowing either way: your Total is the number that never goes down. It counts every clean day you have ever walked, across every streak. That one is yours permanently.
If that does not settle it, this is one to send to us — write to hello@christianadultblocker.com or write to our inbox, because the answer depends on your own account.
What happens when I log a setback?
Your current streak goes back to day zero. Your Total does not — every clean day you have walked stays counted.
You are asked a few questions afterwards. They are not there to make you feel worse; they are how the app learns when you are most at risk, so it can be ready next time.
Nothing about a setback is shown to anyone else. Not on your profile, not in the community, not to your accountability partner unless you tell them yourself.
How do milestones and badges work?
Milestones are the marks on the ring: the first week, two weeks, a month, and on from there. The ring has one graduation per day, and the days you have walked are lit.
Badges are wider than the streak. Some come from clean days, others from journalling, checking in, praying, reading, or showing up for other people.
They unlock on their own. There is nothing to claim.
These answers are in the app too
Settings → Help has all of them, works offline, and does not leave a browser tab behind. Several of them open the exact screen being described.
